Susan Nguyen is Managing Director of The Nail Group, a vibrant nail salon in the heart of Tottenham offering quality nail care services and branded products to the community.
With 15 years experience in the fashion and nail industry, business management and marketing, Susan established “The Nail Group” in 2016 and has a wealth of knowledge and expertise to share. Her experience in a dynamic and expressive environment with renowned fashion brands Aldo and Reiss, helped foster her creativity and style, as well as her business and customer service skills. Susan progressed to leading and teaching teams in Dubai for Landmark Group, one of the largest retail and hospitality organisations in MENA and India. It was her time at My City Deal, an online marketing star tup, that prepared her for what it took to successfully start, maintain and grow a business. Its merger with Groupon resulting in it being recognised as the fastest growing business by Forbes, inspired her to start her own business.
Susan is passionate about sharing her creative skills, growing her team and engaging the local community. She has collaborated with Johnson and Johnson, Kenzo, Nike, BBC3, Tottenham Hotspur FC, NFL, The Mayor’s Office and Miss Black Africa. Her mission is to inspire self confidence in everyday life through exemplary nail care to clients with the highest of craftsmanship and creativity. She aims to build a globally recognised, premium self-care brand, create luxury experiences and develop quality products.

Starting from a rented table part-time in 2006 and opening my first salon in 2016.
