Describe your business
I am the Group Founder and CEO of Optimum Group Partnerships Ltd, based in Palmers Green, N13. The company focuses on physical security solutions, with a wealth of expertise in risk, crisis, and logistics management.
What issues was your business facing before you joined the E-Business programme?
I wanted to improve my marketing in all aspects. After exhausting many different options, I was worried that nothing would work or help after trying for many years. I also wanted an improvement in revenue for my business.
What advice and support have you received through the programme?
Liz Gjoni, the Business Adviser I was assigned to, was exceptional and provided fantastic advice and support on the financial and human resources aspects of the business. This enabled me to introduce a new plan of action, create a budget and make better decisions regarding the business. I now have an innovation day every month to help generate new ideas and I have a clearer idea of how to plan ahead.
I received excellent digital advice and support from the programme’s Digital Expert, Vernette John-Jollies, who was extremely impactful. Vernette was able to tell me where the gaps were in my digital marketing. This allowed us to create an effective plan to fill these gaps and innovate other digital aspects of my marketing.
What impact has this had on your business?
Altogether, the support has had a profound impact on my business - the advice and help is top of its class from people who have experience. The investment and time they put in to help and support businesses is invaluable. We have now launched a new website with a much better structure which is attracting more prospects and visitors.
What are your plans and goals for the future?
The main goal for the future is growth and with the help of the E-Business Programme I believe this is possible. I wish I started this programme sooner!
