As the founder of Freya Ingva, a business established in 2017, I am committed to assisting people with their questions through dowsing, divining, & tea leaf reading. I also lead workshops to empower individuals in my areas of expertise.
My services include three types of dowsing: personal queries on well-being, relationships, career, and more; guidance for property transactions; and physical dowsing to identify and harmonise energy imbalances in properties.
Additionally, I offer energy clearing services for spaces, properties, crystals, and gemstones, removing stagnant or negative energy. As an oracle, I use my collection of oracles to provide in-depth guidance; this is currently showcased through monthly readings on my social media.
Moving on to the more fun part of my work, I offer tea leaf readings and afternoon tea services for 1-2-1 private readings, but also events like hen parties, birthdays, reunions, family celebrations, and weddings. I am on a mission to revive the disappearing art of tasseography and bring dowsing into modern times.
What issues was your business facing before you joined the E-business Programme?
In navigating the dynamic landscape of the digital world, I realised the potential it holds for both business and personal endeavours, provided one possesses the requisite know-how.
While acknowledging the significance of social media platforms, I found myself navigating these realms without much passion and lacking a comprehensive understanding of their capabilities. Yet, understanding the crucial role an online presence plays in today’s world, I identified the need to expand my digital knowledge. Joining the E-Business Programme was driven by the need to master digital tools and strategies for my business success.
My goals upon joining the E-Business Programme were multi-faceted. These included the task of keeping my SEO up-to-date, enhancing my use of social media, staying compliant in the digital realm, reviewing my mailing list strategies, bolstering my blog presence, and navigating the complexities of HMRC online filing.
My whole experience has been marked by a positive transformation in my approach to digital platforms.

What are your business plans for the future?
Overall, my primary focus for the future entails furthering the appreciation and practice of the art of tea leaf reading, complemented by the promotion of the British tradition of afternoon tea on an international scale. Central to this vision is the expansion of my tea-related events, building upon the success of previous engagements in Europe, including Denmark, Italy, and Czechia.
The foundation of my business plans rests on positioning the cultural richness and holistic benefits of the British afternoon tea experience as a form of cultural export. Beyond the traditional confines of tea consumption, these events serve as a conduit for introducing a novel format of well-being, socialising, relaxation, and mindfulness.
Furthermore, as part of my business plans, I envision leveraging digital platforms to reach a global audience. By combining traditional practices with modern concepts of well-being and mindfulness, I aim to celebrate cultural richness and contribute to the global dialogue on holistic living.
