Incubator units are now available at an entrepreneurs hub in Edmonton, a purpose-built space consisting of 35 workspaces located on the Joyce and Snell’s Estate in Angel Edmonton. The Hub forms part of Enfield Council’s transformative regeneration of the Upper Edmonton area in partnership with the Mayor of London's Good Growth Fund.

The units are available for young people aged between 18- 30 years who face barriers in starting up their businesses- such as  unemployed or underemployed, or self-employed people who have just begun trading and require studio space to run their businesses. Angel Yard is looking makers, creatives, or service providers (not the hair or beauty sector).

The single units are 140sqft, which cost £400 per month, however, this is discounted for the first 6 months to £200 and then £310 for a further 6 months. The final 12 months will be £400 per month, after which, businesses are expected to move towards finding commercial premises.
