Enterprise Enfield Awarded Customer First Standard

Enterprise Enfield has been re-awarded Customer First recognition for the third time, maintaining the standard for the past 6 years and demonstrating its strong commitment to the needs of its clients. 

 

Customer First is the national standard which assesses and recognises excellence in meeting customer expectations on a consistent and regular basis.  The process to achieve Customer First recognition is rigorous, however, the agency proved that it is providing high levels of customer service by maintaining compliance against all 32 standards covering Customer Relationships, Market Awareness and People Management. 

 

The Assessor noted a number of areas of good practice, including Enterprise Enfield’s commitment to developing long term client relationships; good procedures recording customer progress and feedback and excellent partnership working and referral systems to other business support providers.  Janet Collett, Chief Executive said:
