Investing for Success Programme..What Does the Programme Offer?Understanding Finance for Business: Investing for Success Programme is specifically designed to help London’s start-up and established business owners through the process of raising the finance they require to develop their businesses successfully. The FREE scheme is particularly aimed at those wishing to access investment finance to support innovation and growth to access and improve new market opportunities. It offers a combination of practical seminars and one to one, hands-on assistance to enable business owners become investment ready and raise the finance they require. Understanding Finance for Business is a Solutions for Business Product. The programme is part financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) Programme 2007-2013, securing £1,350,000 of European Union funding. It is being delivered by Enterprise Enfield in partnership with 3 other business support organisations in north and west London: Harrow in Business, HBV Enterprise and Prevista. Finance Readiness Seminars Improve your chances of securing funding by learning about the key aspects of raising finance on our range of Finance Readiness Seminars. To get an overview of your funding options and what you need to do to become finance ready attend: An Introduction to Raising Finance Seminar (please note this seminar is specifically for business owners who are already running an existing business, if you have not yet started trading or registered your business please attend An Introduction to Raising Finance and Effective Business Planning Seminar )Other seminars include:Costing and Pricing Strategies Specialist One to One Support:Our Advisers have a wealth of experience helping business owners become finance ready. They will provide you with:Financial Readiness Assessment– an opportunity to explore your options and assess whether your business is ready to raise funding with an Adviser. Financial Readiness Support - if your business is ready to raise funding, an adviser will help you to prepare a Business Plan or a relevant business proposal and introduce you to lenders/ funders. Further Support - if your business is successful in raising funding, you may qualify for further support. Who is Eligible?To be eligible for this programme you must: Run an existing start-up or established business, based in LondonEmploy fewer than 250 people (other criteria apply ) What will it Cost?The programme is completely FREE of charge as it is part financed by the London Development Agency’s ERDF Programme 2007-13, securing £1,350,000 of European Union funding. The match-funding includes financial support by the London boroughs of Enfield and Harrow to provide services in their areas.
